The Live Oak Village Office is staffed at the following times: Tuesday and Friday 10:00 to 12:00 For all maintenance requirements, please prepare a maintenance request that is presented on the tabs of the web site. For emergencies please contact a local service group. Our preferred vendors are listed under the Address Book Tab. For all other contact information please contact a member of the Board of Directors or Bosshardt Property Management. The names and phone numbers are listed on the Tab Board of Directors.
