Condominium Community located in the Silver Springs Shores area of Ocala

twenty-five free-standing two-story buildings, having 237 units, each with its

Our Club House consists of a large social room available to the owners for personal scheduled events.
A
pool with a capacity of 35 concurrent swimmers and or bathers, restrooms and
shower facilities.
The pool decking contains numerous tables, chairs and lounges
for the comfort and enjoyment of our owners and residents.
The common area grounds
are wonderfully maintained and is shaded by majestic oak, magnolia and numerous
other species of trees.
We are fortunate to have sidewalks which serpentine though our entire campus and
the neighboring
campuses which provide for a wonderful walk to meet and chat with neighbors and
friends.
Our community is bordered
by “The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores” and is enhanced by the
various lakes around the property.
